The Inbound Marketing Specialist consultant will be a key player in our marketing team, responsible for attracting, engaging, and delighting customers through various inbound strategies. This role requires a blend of creative content development, data-driven optimization, and a deep understanding of the buyer's journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and building lasting customer relationships through valuable, relevant content and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:

Develop and optimize landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs) to convert visitors into leads.

Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and optimize the lead qualification process.

Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices (on-page and technical SEO).

Monitor SEO performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Paid Advertising:

Work with the technical team to develop content for paid advertising.

Research competitor advertising and create content that focuses on our differentiators.

Develop strategic call to actions to drive customers to our landing pages and contact forms.
Email Campaigns:

Develop targeted email campaigns to build trusted relationships.
Content Strategy & Creation:
-
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals and buyer personas.

Create compelling, high-quality content including blog posts, articles, white papers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, infographics, and video scripts.

Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone, and optimized for search engines.
Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Stay up to date with the latest inbound marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Experience:
-
5-7 years of proven experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing role.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).

Experience with email marketing platforms.
Skills:

Solid understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and the buyer's journey.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
